Treasury Releases New Guidance on MBT
The Michigan Department of Treasury has released an updated FAQ on the new Michigan Business Tax (MBT). The FAQ includes many practitioner-submitted questions regarding the implementation of the new tax. the newly updated online resources is available on the Department's MBT
web page. Members are also encouraged to submit their own questions via the MACPA's online
MBT Q&A Forum.
