Michigan Accountancy Foundation Provides 25 Students with $100,000 in Scholarship Awards
TROY, MI–June 22, 2007- The Michigan Accountancy Foundation (MAF), a non-profit organization that promotes excellence in accounting education, selected 25 Michigan college students as recipients of its MAF Fifth/Graduate Year Scholarship. Established in 1961, MAF is affiliated with the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and assists accounting students by helping to fund their college education and by providing resources to college educators.
Recipients of the MAF Fifth/Graduate Year Scholarship will receive $4,000 each for a combined total of $100,000 to help fund their Fifth/Graduate year of college.
