MI Dept. of Treasury Launches MBT Web Site

The Michigan Department of Treasury has launched their Michigan Business Tax (MBT) website to provide tax practitioners with an informative resource on the structure of the new tax.

The website offers an overview presentation on the tax, as well as a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document to address some of the more specific sections of the act.

A link to the Department's website is available inside the Association's MBT website where members can access similar resources and FAQs specific to implemeting the new tax.
