Register for the Race for the Cure®

Registration Information

To register for the Komen Detroit Race for the Cure® as a member of the MACPA team, click on the link on the right of the page and just following these four easy steps.

Step One:

  • Click on this link to begin registration: Komen Detroit Race for the Cure®
  • Click 'Register Now'
  • Create a login to register for the Race, You can do this one of two ways:
  • A - If you participated in the Race last year, you can use your exisiting Login and password, if you forgot your password and login from last year, simply click on 'Forgot your Password'
  • B - If you have not registered online for the Race in the past then you will need to create an account
  • Select 'Team Member Registration', then click continue.

Step Two:

  • Select the age range that applies to you.
  • Check the box that says ' I agree to the above waiver' and the box that says ' By checking this box, I agree that I am 18 or older', then click continue.

Step Three:

  • Under 'Select a Team' select Michigan Association of CPAs.
  • You do not need to enter in a password.
  • Continue to fill out all of the required fields marked with a red astrix.
  • Under 'Packet Mailing Option' select 'NO'. The MACPA will mail your packet to you.
  • Click 'Continue' at the bottom of the page

Step Four:

  • Complete the billing information.
  • You will need to enter in your name, billing address and credit card number. Check the boxes that say 'I am 18 years of age or older' and 'I understand that Active.com has a no refund policy', and click 'Pay Now'.

One you have completed the registration form you will be issued a receipt, which you can print for your records.  You will also be sent a conformation e-mail.
