The MSBA adopts the criteria for accreditation of the North Central Association (NCA) or an affiliated association included in the Handbook of Accreditation. The MSBA may recognize an educational institution which demonstrates, to the Board's satisfaction, that the curricula required for its degrees are the equivalent of those required for degrees granted by institutions accredited by the NCA and secondary schools or an affiliated association.
