Colleges & Universities Play Host to Events Encouraging Careers in Accounting
The MACPA draws on many resources from the outside community to make their High School Leaders Conferences a success. There are various colleges and universities that have offered space on their campus to enable the MACPA to hold a conference there.
These generous colleges and universities are:
- Aquinas College
- Eastern Michigan University
- Michigan State University
- Oakland University
- Wayne State University
- Western Michigan University
In addition, the Minority Accounting College Leadership Conference has also utilized the support of a college to make the event possible. Walsh College graciously donated their event facility to host the first Minority Accounting College Leadership Conference on March 31, 2006. Also thank you to the National Association of Black Accountants, their support contributed to the success of this conference.
